The Gala dinner at Casa Zanni Restaurant (read more) on Wednesday, 14th Sept. 2016 is partially supported by the conference organization but is not included in the technical session registration, it has to be booked separately with a fee of € 30 or € 45 (late).

Regular, Student* and Retired person registration fee includes:

• Delegate bag, name badge, programme volume, abstracts and programme on a memory stick
• Icebreaker Party on Sunday, 11 Sept. 2016, 6 p.m.
• 4 lunches (Mon-Thu, 11-15 Sept.) at conference venue
• Coffee and refreshments during coffee breaks and poster sessions

Daily registration fee includes:

• Name badge
• Delegate bag, programme volume, abstracts and programme on a memory stick (subject to availability)
• Access to technical sessions of the day only
• Lunch, coffee and refreshments in the same day

Accompanying person registration fee includes:

• Icebreaker Party on Sunday, 11 Sept. 2016, 6 p.m.
• Gala dinner on Wednesday, 14 Sept. 2016
• Poster session refreshments

Online late registration will be open until 31 August 2016. After this deadline only on-site registration will be possible.

Refund policy: Registration fees will be refunded less € 50 administration costs until 15 August 2016. No refunds will be possible thereafter.

* The student status is confirmed by a written statement from the dean’s office (or equivalent institution at your university), a copy of valid student card or by letter from the supervisor, to be sent to the Organizing Secretariat at emc2016@newaurameeting.it
